Our goal has always been simple, to bridge science and industry, by delivering solutions that create real value across every stage of food production.
With over 20 years of experience in the food production industry, Eng. Wael El Nabtity has built a distinguished career marked by innovation, leadership, and technical expertise. As Founder and Managing Director of S.W.T. Co. since 2021 and New Life Advanced Solutions since 2020, he continues to lead advancements in the milling and food sectors. His previous roles include serving as CTO and Board Member at Al Watanya for Pasta and Food Industry, and a Board Member and Partner at Arabian Milling and Food Industries for 14 years, where he oversaw supplier selection, equipment inspection, site supervision, and full project commissioning. Additionally, as CTO and Project Manager at Abo Donkol Company for Feed and Fertilizers, he successfully managed the design and installation of multiple production lines with a total capacity of 35 tons per hour. His career reflects a consistent commitment to operational excellence, product innovation, and sustainable industry growth.
